Cancellation + Gift Card Policy

Due to high patient demand and the limited availability of appointments, The Beauty Collective has instituted a "No Show and Late Cancellation Fee" policy that will result in a $50 fee if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or a $100 fee if you do not show up for your appointment.

Gift cards and promotional pre-purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards are not provider-specific and do not guarantee availability with a specific provider. Provider availability, treatment eligibility, and medical candidacy are confirmed at booking and/or consultation. Gift cards may be applied toward eligible services, treatments, or medical-grade skincare products and are not redeemable for cash.
