Darian Thorp, APRN-C, Founder
Darian Thorp is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, who has been a Nurse since 2004, Nurse Practitioner since 2009, and has been working working in Aesthetics since 2013. Darian is passionate in providing attentive care for patients/clients undergoing elective cosmetic procedures, including: pan-facial injectable rejuvenation, laser treatment, advanced filler techniques, Kybella™, Botox® and other procedures. She displays exceptional attention to detail and is vehement about offering the optimal level of innovative, evidenced-based techniques, resulting in the most natural and aesthetically pleasing outcome. In addition, Darian provides a patient-centered, gentle, and caring environment that is remarkable and soothing.
Darian came from Northern California to attend college at University of Nevada in Reno. She eventually resided in Reno with a degree in pre-medicine and her BSN. She became a Family Nurse Practitioner, shortly thereafter. Darian has vast training in cancer detection, disease recognition, hormone replacement therapy, birth control, and other women’s and men’s reproductive health issues. Darian has been an accomplished Nurse Practitioner providing an exemplary of care in several areas of medicine.
Several years ago, Darian recognized her original area of enthusiasm was to serve patients in the anti-aging and facial rejuvenation area of the medical profession, and has dedicated herself in learning the most up-to-date and innovative techniques in minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, and received board certification as a Medical Aesthetic Provider (MEP-C). She has since become a valued member of the Reno\Tahoe Community providing these services.
In Darian’s spare time she enjoys taking in Reno & Tahoe’s many experiences with her wonderful husband and 2 lovely children. She is an avid snowboarder (past national competitor) and takes any chance to be outside and active. Darian and her family also enjoy traveling and are often visiting family and friends in the United States and Europe.

Kate Sturdivant, RN
Kate has been a Nurse since 2011 and has been working in Aesthetics since 2016. Kate worked in a Trauma Intensive Care unit for her first five years of nursing. Working in this field allowed Kate to became very detailed oriented when providing patient care, which is a skill that she utilizes everyday working in Aesthetics.
She found her passion in Aesthetics because of the positive effects it has on patients. Kate believes that Aesthetic Nursing is an environment that combines science and art to create balance, harmony, and boosts self-confidence within her patients. She works with her patients to create an individualized plan to reach their desired results. She continues to learn new and proven techniques to create optimal outcomes for her patients.
Kate is trained in several Aesthetic treatments. She is trained in pan facial injections including filler (Juvéderm, Restylane, etc.), neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.), biostimulators such as Sculptra, and Kybella to aid in the reduction of unwanted fat tissue. Other treatments she provides includes PDO Threads, micro-needling with PRP, micro-needling with radiofrequency (Vivace), facial/body resurfacing with Opus, hair restoration with PRF, and undereye rejuvenation with PRF. She is trained in Qwo which is the first FDA approved treatment for cellulite. Additionally, she provides CoolSculpting to assist with the reduction of fat tissue in unwanted areas of the body.
Kate was born in Reno, NV and has lived in the area her entire life. She enjoys spending her time hiking and snow shoeing, boating in the many lakes surrounding the area, and traveling to warm beaches around the world. Most of her family lives in the area and she takes advantage of family time as often as she can. Kate believes that life should be a balance of activities that care for the mind, body, and soul.

Sarah Pedrotti, Medical Assistant
Sarah, has been with our office for over 2 years now and has almost 10 years of experience in aesthetics. She loves to provide top of the line customer service and making sure all of our guests have a great experience walking in and out of our facility! She continues to educate herself in the services and treatments we offer here at The Beauty Collective so she can answer any questions our guests may have when coming in! Sarah is now assisting In the treatment rooms with services full time but you may also catch her at the front helping from time to time! On her free time she loves to spend time with her friends and family.
Raegan Young, Esthetician
Raegan Young joined our team in 2020 and is the sole aesthetician at the beauty collective. Originally from Texas, she was trained using Ayurvedic principles in Dallas before moving to Reno, NV. Though now she is focused on ethical, results driven aesthetics, she enjoys using a blended approach utilizing techniques from her holistic training. Raegan is dedicated to education with her clients, ingredient knowledge, and helping her community overcome their skin struggles. Outside of work, Raegan likes to create art, cook, and hike.

Maegan Gonzalez, Front Desk & MA
Maegan has always had a strong interest in health and beauty. Having worked closely with physicians, nurses and administrators in both hospital and outpatient facilities, she gained initial medical experience in regenerative therapies for treating and preventing musculoskeletal injuries. She previously worked as a Medical Assistant for 5 years, where she assisted in procedures and coordinated patient care. After becoming a client of Injection Gal in 2019, Maegan realized how much she really loved the aesthetics industry and soon joined our team in early 2021. She is happy to be apart of our team of skilled cosmetic injectors using similar techniques for aesthetic treatments. Maegan is prided on her top of the line customer service from the front office to the back in the treatment rooms! Her daily duties consist of running the front from checking in to answering phones to preparing for the next day. She also helps out with rooming and assisting the nurses in the treatment rooms! On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family!

Kat Beebe, APRN-C
Katrina “Kat” Beebe comes to us from another Aesthetic office in Reno and is originally from New Mexico. Kat has been in Nursing more than 10 years and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University. As a Registered Nurse, Kat traveled around the nation primarily serving Emergency and Trauma Patients. To enhance her education, Kat went on to University of Texas to complete her Masters of Nursing and became a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Kat has a passion and love for Aesthetic treatments that stems from her own research and exploration of various treatments that help patients look and feel their best. Kat’s philosophy is to help her patients feel beautiful on the outside to match the beauty they have on the inside.
When she is not working, Kat is an avid lover of the outdoors. She loves to spend time with her puppy, run,
Maurice Fielitz, Owner
Maurice was born and raised in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He moved to the USA in 2005 after meeting Darian in a bar! Maurice had a career in Information Technology and Casino Industry for 15 years before he decided to help his wife out with a little start up in Aesthetics. He never thought he would do Botox, but here we are! He loves working with his wife and the whole team that makes the The Beauty Collective successful!
In his spare time, Maurice loves to do home projects or go snowboarding or boating at Tahoe with his family! He hasn’t forgotten about his roots, and tries to go back “home” to Europe every other year.
